About the Course
This self-paced neuroscience-based course is a practical road map to becoming healthier, happier, calmer, and more successful in every area of your life. It offers a powerful new perspective on resilience, not as something you're born with, but as a skill you can intentionally build. You'll learn how to reset your nervous system, restore calm, lead above the line, and regain control of your thoughts, emotions, and reactions. Because resilience isn't about pushing through stress, it's about training your brain and body to respond differently. This self-paced course is designed to help you reduce stress, interrupt reactive patterns, and create lasting change from the inside out. You'll gain actionable strategies, guided exercises, and repeatable practices that help you build healthier habits, create patterns for success and cultivate resilience in a way that is sustainable, not exhausting. This isn't about surviving. It's about regulating, re calibrating and rising.
About the Creator
Lee-Ann O’Brien is the founder of Head Fire Resilience Coaching, an experienced first responder and executive leader with decades of work in high-stress environments. A second-generation residential school survivor and survivor of complex trauma, and domestic violence, she brings a deep understanding of resilience, identity, and personal transformation. Lee-Ann is a published author, a certified resilience coach and holds a certificate in Applied Neuroscience. She is the author of Breaking Trail: From Complex Trauma to Command (Baico Publishing 2025) and Raising Fire: Igniting Resilience and Becoming Whole (new release coming in June 2026). Drawing on lived experience, leadership, neuroscience, and evidence-based coaching practices, Lee-Ann helps individuals develop practical resilience skills—especially for those carrying responsibility, pressure, and high expectations. Her approach is grounded and direct, focused on building and enhancing capacity, not on fixing, diagnosing, or forcing vulnerability.
